FULL CIRCLE READINESS™

Every aspect of training carefully crafted to
integrate together in real-world situations.

Though all six divisions can be trained separately,
power is in their unity.

Full Circle Readiness™ is a term that designates the complete integration of all skills in the CQD® program. It encompasses physical and mental skills, united with heroic spirit, creating the greatest tactical capabilities. The officer must be Full Circle™ in his/her abilities, for no one can ever predict which part or aspect of the Circle will be called upon to use due to the ever-changing nature of the environment in which they will be professionally responsible, and the dangers he or she may face. For this to be accomplished, all skills must support and enhance the others. The Full Circle™ ensures that the student understands, and can responsively utilize the skills and the appropriate force necessary to accomplish the task safely and efficiently.

Dialing up and down” is crucial for law-enforcement and I felt this drill not only tested your ability to respond immediately to the given situation – it also helped us to control bleed-over emotions that often affect us on the street.
